LLM Purchasing is a finance and procurement consulting firm created with interior designers in mind.
the problem
LLM Purchasing came to us thinking they needed a new website. What they actually needed was a strategic rebrand.
They weren't losing clients, they were converting them. The problem was what happened after the first yes. Upsells weren't landing and money was walking out the door on every call because the website wasn't doing its job.
The website was bare and had no nurture functionality, so most of the educating happened once they go on the call vs. before. Plus, the brand they had felt rigid, corporate and cold. The kind of brand that would make sense for a large financial institution, not for a boutique firm built specifically around female interior designers, with a specialty in parental and medical leave coverage.

the solution
The new brand was curated with the female interior designer persona in mind: a fluid wraparound illustration in the logos typography as well as in the other variations of the logo, which combine different taglines with the brand wraparound icon to visually resemble the wraparound support .
Before we touched the website, we redesigned all of their internal documents.
Proposals. Onboarding materials. Client-facing reports. All of it rebuilt to reflect the new brand and the new messaging. Once the internal experience matched the external brand, we built the website. High-converting structure. Rich SEO copy woven throughout so that the site worked for visibility and for conversion at the same time.
